Thiugh this IS hilarious, have you seen the actual deleted scenes on Tatooine? It's rumored that they'll appear on the blu-ray box set (probably as extras)

I've seen both scenes. I used to have the Star Wars: Behind the Magic CD-ROM that included some really awesome behind the scenes stuff like lost and cut footage. This was before the original trilogy was redone and was one of the only ways to see some of these scenes. No idea where that disc is now. And the lightsaber scene was bounced around the intarwebz a while back.
