The newest game in the franchise, simply titled Mortal Kombat, is set for an April 19, 2011 release. I felt very "meh" every time I heard any news snippets about the game, not being a fighting game fan (at least not since Mortal Kombat 3). Now, with the release of this video detailing the Challenge Tower mode, I may have to reconsider my stance.
This just looks like way too much fun. I wish this was a PSN/XBL purchasable game separate from the actual disc.
