The electrical outlet thing is actually wrong for both. Apparently, kids can still get those plugs out of the outlet and not only stick their fingers in the outlet, but choke on the cover.
Also Chris is correct. They now sell special outlets with built in protectors for the parent who's uber-paranoid or planning on popping out kids Dugger style.
