Sony just officially announced the NGP - the Next Generation Portable - which should be released to the public by this holiday season. Here are the specs:

Dual analog sticks (actual sticks not the nipple nub on the current PSP)

Accelerometer and gyroscope motion sensing

That's a whole lotta WOW in one little package. I fear what this thing might cost.
The graphics in that demo are incredible - like having a PS3 downsized to something portable. And the demo itself, being an Uncharted game, makes me drool since it's one of my top five favorite gaming franchises.
